Who are you becoming as life changes around you?
Hi, I am Asha Harris, a mental health therapist, combat veteran, and passionate advocate for healing. With many years of experience in mental health and the military, including combat deployment, I’ve supported women, families, children, and adults through life’s many transitions.
My previous experience gave me a deeper understanding of how retirement, career changes, and shifting family roles can impact our sense of identity and purpose. I enjoy helping people reconnect with their identity, especially when life feels quieter, relationships change, or when grief or loneliness emerges.
I offer a warm, and supportive space to explore yourself, rediscover your purpose, and embrace the person you are becoming in this next chapter.
