Meet Eugena Harley
I understand that taking the first step toward counseling isn’t always easy. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by life’s responsibilities, struggling with anxiety, facing relationship challenges, or simply needing someone to talk to, my goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe everyone’s story matters, and I strive to meet each client where they are while respecting their unique experiences, values, and personal goals.
As a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Student Intern at Fernandina Beach Therapy, I approach counseling with compassion, empathy, and genuine care for others. My background in the United States Navy, along with my experiences as a wife and mother of four, has strengthened my understanding of resilience, communication, and the challenges that come with balancing life’s responsibilities. I believe counseling is a collaborative journey where we work together to explore concerns, develop healthy coping skills, recognize personal strengths, and create meaningful change.
I want you to feel comfortable being yourself without fear of judgment. You don’t have to have everything figured out before beginning counseling, and you certainly don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. My hope is that each session leaves you feeling encouraged, supported, and more confident in your ability to move forward. Your story matters, your feelings are valid, and I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and emotional well-being.
