Meet Sarah Leach
Sometimes life brings us waves we never saw coming, and after fighting them for so long we find ourselves exhausted and overwhelmed. Wherever you are on your journey, I am honored to weather the storm with you, side-by- side. I offer a raft; It's a place where we can find some stillness to sort through what feels heavy and explore what you want your life to look like as you move toward the horizon that feels best to you.
As we move to a steadier place, we’ll explore the challenges that feel uneasy or uncertain. I work with clients who are facing stressful transitions, shifting family dynamics, relationship concerns, and questions around identity, authenticity, and purpose. Coping constructively with overwhelming feelings, calming your inner storm to think straight and communicate, and taking on the waves with confidence and a sense of empowerment are all within your reach, and you don't have to face them alone.
Hi, I’m Sarah. I'm a therapist who values authenticity, connection, and real-life experiences that shape who we are. I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for what you have seen and what you're working towards gaining in your life. My work is rooted in a strength-based perspective and honors your autonomy, story, and sense of direction. I earned my Master of Social Work at Florida State University and completed my clinical hours at Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville, working with individuals and their families navigating life challenges, uncertainties, and emotional strain amidst chronic illness. I have dedicated over 15 years in healthcare roles, providing a space for empathy, support, and thoughtful communication.
On a personal note, I am a mom to a newly licensed teenager, a wife, and a co- parent in a blended family — roles that have given me a deep appreciation for the challenges and joys of change, growth, and partnership. Outside of the therapy space, I find joy in connecting with my loved ones, feeling the sand between my toes, breathing in the ocean air, and practicing gratitude for all of life’s great and small gifts.
